In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how sourdough works and how to make it at home in a simple, easy-to-follow way.
We’ll walk you through the process step by step as you make two types of bread: a classic artisan loaf and a soft sandwich loaf, plus how to easily use leftover (discard) starter for everyday favorites like crackers, cookies, and quick "instant" pizza!
As part of the experience, you’ll enjoy a curated charcuterie board and taste fresh sourdough.
Each person goes home with their own jar of mature starter, all the recipes we make in class - plus extras, instructions for maintaining your sourdough starter, and a mini-loaf of sourdough bread to rise and bake at home!
